Family Fun Guides

Free interactive family guides, which include activities for families to complete both in the gallery and later at home, are created in conjunction with special exhibitions as well as for the permanent collection. Inside these guides families will find questions for guided looking, information on artists and artwork, and suggestions for further exploration. Guides are available at the Admissions desk and in the special exhibition galleries.

 

Audio Guides

The Brooks offers audio tours of the permanent collection for both children and adults and in English and Spanish! El audio tour tambien està disponible en Español. Audio tours are also available for selected traveling exhibitions.

 

Family Days

For a fun, free family activity, come to the Brooks for Family Day!  Make your own art, enjoy live music, watch dance and theatrical performances, listen to a storyteller, tour a special exhibit with interactive family guides, or watch artists create art. Experience these and other fun learning opportunities at the next Family Day!
 

Creation Station

 

Your family will enjoy being creative at the Brooks when they drop into Creation Station. Tour a special exhibit or the permanent collection with an interactive family guide and then make your own artwork in the studio. Families are given a packet of projects and activities to do at home so that they can continue the fun. Free with museum admission.
